Our love of good food and wine has taken us around the world and fuelled our passion for sourcing and using the best New Zealand has to offer.
Rick has a long history in restaurant ownership and cuisine. He continues to be passionate about the dining experience and his most recent venture was to take part in cooking schools in Vietnam and Australia. His emphasis is on using the freshest produce selected daily from local providers, our own garden or high quality producers throughout New Zealand to ensure that the best and freshest ingredients are used.
Rick’s years in the wine and hospitality industries will ensure that the wine you choose to accompany your meal will be one from a carefully selected cellar.
